These terms and conditions apply when you use ozeauto.com.au or buy from OZeAuto (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

OZeAuto is an Australian owned and operated online store selling auto parts and accessories. You can reach us at info@ozeauto.com.au.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the listed price. We will send an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. Prices and product details can change without notice. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Please check that your delivery address is correct — we are not liable for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Vehicle fitment and compatibility
It is your responsibility to make sure a part fits and is suitable for your vehicle before you buy. Vehicle makes, models and specifications vary. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help where we can. We recommend that parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for parts bought in error where they do not match your vehicle, although your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns and refunds
If a product is faulty, not as described or fails to do what it should, contact us at info@ozeauto.com.au and we will arrange a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, we may offer a refund or exchange where the item is returned within a reasonable time, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind returns may not apply to certain items, such as electrical parts or special orders. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Warranties
Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Any manufacturer’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer on its terms. Warranties may not cover damage from incorrect fitting, misuse, modification, racing or commercial use — check the product details or ask us if you are unsure.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or complete. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product. Stock availability can change at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by OZeAuto or our suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Using our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could damage or disrupt the service for others.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price you paid.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. The terms that apply to your order are those in place when you place it.
